It is with great pride when every member of FarmHouse speaks about our home. Many say that the best decision of his college career was "Moving into the house." And the numbers show. For the Spring semester of 2008, FarmHouse has 40 occupants.
There are countless advantages that the members experience when he chooses to live in FarmHouse. Whether it is the lower price of living compared to other on-campus housing, three meals a day prepared by the chapter chef, the close proximity to central campus, or simply the pleasure of living with his brothers; the resident of FarmHouse definitely has plenty to brag about. The house is complete with a kitchen and dining room accessible 24 hours a day, living room, laundry facilities, a study and work room, and 12 bedrooms. The total cost of living in the house is $2750 per semester which covers all utilities (except phone), 3 meals a day, and rent.
All members are encouraged to live in the house at some point during their undergraduate membership.
