Kentucky FarmHouse Association, Inc. is the not-for-profit, 501(c)(7) arm of the Kentucky Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity, which is composed of chapter, alumni and associate members of the Kentucky Chapter, as well as alumni and associate members of other FarmHouse chapters that reside in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Under the direction of an elected board of directors, the primary purposes of Kentucky FarmHouse Association, Inc. include:

* Serving as the landlord for the active chapter/property
* Developing short and long term goals for the operation of Chapter/House and Association activities
* Providing overall financial management for the Association, House and Chapter
* Working with the chapter in the following areas: total member education, recruitment, scholarship and risk management
* Enforcing FarmHouse International, University of Kentucky and IFC policies and standards
* Working closely with the Chapter Advisors and the FarmHouse Foundation of KY, Inc.
* Acting as a role model for the active chapter
